An Unidentified Company Submits Application With FDA Seeking Approval Of Generic Cialis

A new generic version of the Eli Lilly owned erectile dysfunction drug Cialis has arrived and reportedly the drug company, which is the manufacturer of the specific generic Cialis, has approached FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) and submitted an application with the drug authority requesting it to review and approve the Generic Cialis.

Cialis, the anti-impotency medicine is being protected by Eli Lilly with as many as five different patents till the year 2020 but in spite of it, the generic drug manufacturing companies still have the right to launch different generic Cialis versions for sale without infringing on Eli Lilly's Cialis patent rights.

However, FDA is likely to take 60 days to review the generic Cialis approval application.
