Eli Lilly Gains Control Over Cialis By Purchasing Icos Corporation

According to a revelation made by the drug manufacturing company Eli Lilly, the company has completed its acquisition of Icos Corp. and has also got full control over the erectile dysfunction drug Cialis. In accordance with a deal that was finalized earlier between Eli Lilly and Icos Corp., Eli Lilly has bought up Icos shares worth approximately $2.3 dollars and gained ownership over the anti-impotency drug Cialis.

Sidney Taurel, the chairman and chief executive officer of Eli Lilly expresses that the pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly is now looking forward to provide the benefits of Cialis to the erectile dysfunction patients.

It is further known that the influence of Cialis purchase to Eli Lilly's financial statements would be included in the company's fourth quarter press release.
