11 People Caught In Police Net For Selling Fake Cialis Via Internet

The federal authorities in Atlanta handcuffed 11 people belonging to South Dakota , Georgia , North Carolina and Belize in Central America after finding them guilty of making more than $19 million by indulging in the sale of counterfeited Cialis over the internet.

Along with Cialis bogus versions of other drugs like Viagra, Xanax and Valium were also prepared and sold as generic medicines imported from Canada . Sources revealed further that the total number of fake drugs prepared were 24 and were prepared in Belize in a filthy house.

Having prepared the fake medicines, over the internet the customers were informed that those medicines were safe, prescription drugs being offered from Canada at significantly lower prices. The exact number of customers involved was not known but it was estimated that hundreds had purchased those counterfeited medicines.

The four Georgians convicted of running the fake drug racket were scheduled to appear before the judiciary and prosecutors were expected to reveal more significant details in the hearing.
