Syracuse Doctor Convicted Of Procuring Cialis Through Fraud

According to a recent revelation, a Syracuse doctor Harry Black and 15 other individuals including his wife Lisa have been accused of trying to obtain the erectile dysfunction drug Cialis and other similar medicines like Clonepin, Levitra, amphetamines, OxyContin and Viagra through illegal means. Allegations thrust against the physician further reveal that he has supplied thousands of illegal prescriptions to patients and in return received a certain amount of the drugs from them which he further utilized for recreational purposes.

According to Andrew Baxter, first assistant US attorney in the Northern New York district, the 61-year-old Doctor Harry Black and his 15 other accomplices generally shop at different places in order to avoid falling prey to other’s suspicion, fill prescriptions in other’s names and satisfy their own drug addictions and alongside they pay cash money for narcotics in order to escape from insurance company regulations.

Sources reveal that Harry Black had also been censured earlier for prescribing narcotics illegally.
